Innovative Solution for a Sustainable Powder Coating Industry

To support and promote the conscious and responsible use of our planet and its resources, NEUMAN & ESSER Process Technology is constantly researching and developing new sustainable solutions. The circular economy has also become an important aspect in the powder coating industry, which creates new requirements for OEM. The goal is to make the best possible use of raw materials and resources and thus to reduce waste material flows.

During the partnership with the French company Sahut Conreur, which has been established in 2021, NEUMAN & ESSER Process Technology, as a solution provider for grinding and classifying systems, has succeeded in developing such a sustainable solution. The cooperation and the resulting innovation, the NEAcompaX, combine the expert knowledge of Sahut Conreur in the field of roller compaction with several decades of powder coating experience of NEUMAN & ESSER.  With the NEAcompaX, a machine for dust recycling has been created. It makes it possible to reintroduce the fine dust produced during the grinding of powder coating, back into the production process. The newly developed NEAcompaX is versatile and flexible in use, and thus meets the diverse requirements of the powder coating industry. With a throughput capacity of up to 120 kg/h, the NEAcompaX is ideally designed for both, the direct recirculation of filter dust from large production lines and the residual dust disposal of entire plants.

Would you like to learn more about this innovation from NEUMAN & ESSER Process Technology and discuss your specific requirements with us? Then please visit us at the European Coatings Show in Nuremberg from March 28 - 30. You will find us in hall 4 at booth 307.
