NEAddiX 2.0 - The Next Generation of Our Additive Dosing System
Since its market launch, NEAddiX has established itself as a leading additive dosing system in the powder coating industry. First introduced in 2017, the solution set new standards for powder coating quality and additive consumption.
Its market success is a striking testament to this approach: More than 100 NEAddiX units delivered worldwide highlight the high level of confidence powder coating manufacturers have in the system and its performance.
Proven Concept Purposefully Refined
After approximately eight years of hands-on experience, the proven NEAddiX concept was purposefully refined. The goal was to maintain its excellent process properties and low additive consumption without change.
NEAddiX features:

With the NEAddiX 2.0 upgrade, available since May, the focus was on optimizing operation and system handling. The underlying process technology was intentionally left unchanged but was improved through design modifications. A key development goal was to optimize the mixing flap. The objectives were:
- significantly reduced maintenance and cleaning requirements
- further increased operational reliability
- prevention of deposits and potential contamination zones
The result is a more robust, low-maintenance system that integrates even better into the demanding day-to-day production environment of the powder coating industry and delivers greater efficiency while maintaining consistent quality and consumption.
