Back in 2018, NEUMAN & ESSER established a partnership with GKM, the German manufacturer of safety screening machines. Since day one, our target was to combine the expertise from GKM in the field of safety screening with the extensive knowledge and experience NEUMAN & ESSER has collected over the past two decades in Powder Coatings. The outcome is the first screening machine specifically designed and designated to fulfil the requirements of the Powder Coating Industry. The screener combines the advantages of an outside mounted ultrasonic deblinding system, easy handling and cleaning with the possibility of in situ remeshing. The two motor drive concept provides superior product flow control and together with the ultrasonic deblinding system, the screening machine is a powerful partner, especially when smaller mesh sizes are required.
