Video: Cooperation with Niverplast - NEA POWDER COATING NEWS

NEUMAN & ESSER Process Technology and the Dutch company Niverplast have been cooperating closely since 2018. The joint product line “NEA by Niverplast” represents a fully automated solution for packing of powder coatings. In a video we present the entire process chain from the box forming and bag placing machine (CombiPlast) to filling the box with the POWDERFILLER and the bag clipping and box closing (VarioClip). “James”, the self-driving robote, connects the single steps automatically and replaces the transport of the boxes by rolls. That, in combination with the NEUMAN & ESSER mills, creates  results in he fully automated powder coating factory of the future.
